Water Treatment

When water comes into a treatment plant, the main corrosion control method for desalination is material selection.  The most important factor to consider for corrosion resistance is the chloride content of the water.  In tests, specialty alloys have shown insignificant corrosion rates in freshwater and seawater environments.

Double Eagle Alloys, Inc. has the corrosion resistant alloys, stainless steels, and duplex stainless steels to perform in the demanding environments of the water treatment industry.
