Our Solution
Double Eagle Alloys addresses this challenge with a custom-designed, continuous ink jet line marking machine. This system prints directly along the length of the shaft, ensuring that identification stays with the material, not just at the ends.
What We Mark
Any pertinent information can be printed on the shaft surface, including:
- Alloy grade
- Bar diameter / size
- Heat number
- Part number
- Applicable specification (e.g., ASTM, AMS, NACE)
- Customer-specific identifiers, when required
Because the marking runs continuously along the shaft, traceability is maintained even after cutting to length. Every piece retains the information needed for proper identification and documentation.
